You’re ready to get started, you’re willing to make the changes that you need for long term, real, sustainable results and health, and you know this isn’t going to happen overnight. With that knowledge, you’re getting real with yourself and thinking it might just be super beneficial and totally worth it to have someone with whom to check in and ask questions to on the regular.
When I first started my health and wellness journey, my work at the time had a hotline you could call into weekly to talk about what your goals are and what you’ve been doing to achieve those goals. This accountability really lit a fire under my butt, for a few weeks, but before long I fell off the wagon. I got to thinking, who are these people? They don’t know me. They don’t ask me any questions about my life. I can do this without a check-in. Then, when I attended personal training school, I was reintroduced to the importance of having someone with whom to to check in, as we worked in many partner situations, but I also got a taste for just how much people come to rely on their personal trainers and how there’s nothing sustainable or real-life about that.
Some personal trainers like that “always keep the client coming back” thing. That’s not me. To really succeed in life, you need to take your health into your own hands. So I started to develop a plan, a way to check-in with my clients on a regular basis, and with this I shifted my title to coach. When I implemented this system and mixed it with really digging deeper than just fitness and diet, but asking people about their jobs, stress levels, and quality of sleep...that’s when I came to understand my clients better and that’s when they started seeing the long term results they wanted, as well as understand the importance of taking their health into their own hands. Ultimately this lead to ecstatic clients-turned-friends who felt great in their everyday lives!
I’m breaking the stereotype that you can’t mix business and friendship, because all my clients have become lifelong friends, and my lifelong friends have become ecstatic clients. If you’re looking for a real lifestyle change and you feel like I’m the type of person who would totally get you, then it sounds like you’re ready to embark on this crazy awesome life long journey! I’m here for you, I understand that life happens, and we’re going to take it one step at a time, together. My process:
First, let’s chat. Let’s set up a simple 15-minute, no-obligations phone call so you can ask me any questions and you can feel my vibe to see if we really are as good a fit as we both would like. For this call I do have you fill out a small questionnaire beforehand, just so I can get a general outline of what you want for your health and happiness and let you know how I would guide you on the path.
If we vibe, then we’ll set up an Activation Call. Activation Calls are 90 minutes in length. I send you an in depth form to fill out before our call where I ask you all kinds of question about your life, getting real and deep, because how do you expect to get real, long-term results otherwise? It’s not always exactly comfortable, but I need to know how to meet you where you are at, learn about your struggles and obstacles, and you will also have the opportunity to get to know me better too. From here we will start to strategize your first steps. Whether we start with a focus on fitness, food, a morning ritual, stress management -- it really could go many different directions -- remember it’s about behavior change and that success comes from daily habits.
And schedule our follow up calls bi-weekly. After our initial activation call, I will send you weekly emails so you can keep on track with your goals. This includes questions to think about and new things to incorporate. Every two weeks (bi-weekly) we will have a 30-minute call to check-in, see where you’re at, and I can give you your next steps to implement.
The first month of Personal Guidance is $264, each month following at $152/month, with discounted pricing for 3- or 6-month commitments. Please note that Courtney only takes on a limited number of clients each month.
