No longer will another day pass you by where you couch potato in the living room all evening long, thinking about what you should/could be doing for yourself, as you stuff another handful of chips in your mouth, kiss your loved ones, and put another episode on Netflix.
Close your eyes and imagine yourself waking up in the morning feeling refreshed; your body is actually craving movement after sleeping well all night long, so you start your day with what your body is asking for. After your short morning ritual, you get in a quick 30-minute workout, then head to the kitchen to make breakfast. No freak-outs here either. You are actually looking forward to eating! You've learned how to eat real food that makes your body feel good, and it tastes amazing too!
Don't fret! I understand that this all may seem like a world away or totally not you. True, it's not you now, but I guarantee that this can be what your days look and feel like, so long as you are willing to commit to wanting this type of change. No, it won't happen overnight, but not far off you could wake up feeling one hell of a lot better than you did today. I know you're ready for that!
This is about taking your health into your own hands so that you can start experiencing just how good your body is designed to feel.
