You need to understand your self better, my friend. So you can love your self, enjoy your life, and help make a difference in this world!
My goal is to give you reliable resources, grounded in tradition and nature, to improve your overall wellbeing and connect you to a community who is dedicating themselves to a life of conscious living, so you can stop scouring the internet for the best practices and just plain start on your journey!
The best part is that everything we do here is revolved around YOU as the center. With the belief in bio-individuality, that we are each unique beings, and there's no one right way to think, move, or eat. Here you'll find the freedom and encouragement to use your body as a science project and find what works for you.
Attitude is the single most important determinant in your journey. As surprising as it may sound, deliberately choosing to live a healthy and happy life is really hard. You must accept that getting well is a full time job. Many of my students are trying to undo 10-20+ years of damage and it’s by no means easy. Although it’s virtually a full time job, I also live this lifestyle myself. I do it because it makes life so much more authentic and I like to feel good, live happy, and be present in my life. However, it is absolutely an investment. You have your good health and there’s no price you can put on that, whether you're seeking personal guidance or are ready to get started on your own.
Getting to know myself better so I can feel good, think clearly, make genuine connections, and ultimately love my life is the single greatest gift I've ever had.
My personal journey started with fitness, then turned to food, and completely changed my mindset, which lead to a transformational unfolding I never could've imagined. Though these three faucets are both what I focus on within myself and with my students, the starting place can vary person to person. Each faucet is intrinsically intertwined with the next for an overall goal of a clear mind, healthy body, and happy life. I recommend choosing what you feel drawn to the most, without question, and allow yourself to begin. I promise, with a little dedication, the rest will unfold.
